Cigars 101 - Instantly Make your Cigars Taste Better

Have you ever wondered how to make your cigar taste better instantly? That's exactly what we're going to touch on today.
All right, you guys. So the key word here is instantly that means I'm not going to move out of my chair. I'm not going to reach for anything. All I'm going to do is I'm going to puff on the cigar and I'm going to make it taste better instantly. Yes, you can definitely have spirits, so therefore you can pair with your cigar. You definitely want some water to cleanse it. One rule that I have is I never have any kind of dessert after my dinner if I know I'm going to enjoy a cigar. Reason being desserts have load of fats, butter, sugar, things of that nature, that coat inside of my mouth, and therefore it makes a cigar taste like cardboard.
But getting to the term instantly, how can make a cigar taste better by doing nothing other than taking a drag over your cigar? We're going to retrohale today. What the heck am I talking about? On our tongue, there's only four different flavors that we witness, right? We have bitter, spicy, sweet, and what's the fourth one? I always mix this one up. I'm going to try that again. Bitter, spicy, sweet, and sour. But through the nose, there's a thousand different scents that I can smell, right? So we're going to learn how to retrohale. It take some practice, give yourself a mild cigar and start practicing how to retrohale. But I'm going to give you guys a little illustration.
So what I want to do is take a good puff. These guys understand that. I'm going to take a good puff. Now, I didn't inhale the cigar. What I did is I took a puff, take a breath through my nose and then exhale. And what I'm doing is I'm opening up my naval cavity, so therefore I can exhale through my nose and that's called retrohale. And you're going to get all tingling sensation. It's going to be amazing and feel a lot different flavors. You're going to go be like, "Wow, I never knew those flavors existed."
