What is this product?

The Tatuaje Old Man and The C Monster is a limited-edition release that brings together two pieces of Tatuaje history in one distinctive wooden coffin. Each coffin contains four cigars total: one 7 x 44 Lonsdale and one 7 x 44 Culebra (three individual cigars twisted together that can be separated and smoked individually). Both formats feature the Creature blend from Tatuaje's Monster Series, made as a Nicaraguan puro with Nicaraguan wrapper, binder, and filler. Rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Nicaragua, this release is limited to just 1,300 six-coffin cabinets.

The Old Man and The C concept isn't new to Tatuaje — Pete Johnson first introduced it in 2011 with El Triunfador, followed by editions featuring Black Label and Fausto. This version revives the format with the Creature blend, which debuted in the 2021 Monster Mash sampler and became part of the continuing Monster Series lineup.

Why this product?

This is Tatuaje doing what Tatuaje does best: blending history, craft, and a little bit of the unexpected into something unmistakably their own. The Creature blend carries the Monster Series DNA, and presenting it in both a classic Lonsdale and the traditional Culebra format gives you two very different ways to experience the same tobacco. The Culebra is one of cigar culture's most unusual traditions — three cigars twisted together, meant to be shared or savored separately — and pairing it with a straight Lonsdale in the same coffin is pure Pete Johnson creativity.

The wooden coffin presentation adds to the collectibility, and with only 1,300 cabinets produced, this is a release that speaks directly to Tatuaje enthusiasts and Monster Series followers who appreciate limited runs with real character behind them.

Who can buy this product?

This product is for adult premium cigar enthusiasts, 21 years of age and older, who follow Tatuaje's catalog and appreciate the brand's unconventional approach to blending and presentation. It's especially suited to collectors of the Monster Series, fans of Nicaraguan puros, and anyone who enjoys the ritual and tradition of the Culebra format. Whether you're adding to a Tatuaje collection or looking for a unique smoke to share with fellow aficionados, the Old Man and The C Monster delivers both history and novelty in one coffin.
