The Padrón Black PB97 is offered in both Natural and Maduro versions, with both being made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco and rolled in a 6 3/4 x 54 torpedo vitola. Jorge Padrón said that the Padrón Black line sits between the Serie 1926 and Family Reserve lines in terms of fullness of the profile.
Production numbers have not been disclosed, but Padrón said that the PB97 will be a one-and-done release that was an exclusive for retailers who attended the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show and ordered the cigars during the event.
