What is this product?
The La Gloria Cubana Gran Legado 2026 is a limited-edition Dominican cigar handcrafted at the El Credito Cigar Factory. This impressive 7¾ x 62 Gran Perfecto features a dark Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The original 2024 release was entrusted to a select group of 20 experienced rollers and bunchers, each with at least 15 years of cigar-making expertise, and featured the signature of the artisan who rolled each cigar.
Gran Legado, meaning "Great Legacy," delivers a medium-to-full-bodied smoking experience. Higher-priming leaves contribute to a richer, more developed profile with tasting notes of dark cocoa, roasted coffee, leather, sweet tobacco, and subtle spice. The cigars are packaged in boxes of 10.

The Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper brings rich chocolate and coffee characteristics, balanced by natural sweetness and savory leather notes. The combination of higher-priming tobaccos and the distinctive Perfecto format creates a compelling smoking experience that showcases both the tobacco and the hands that shaped it. For enthusiasts who appreciate the intersection of heritage, technique, and flavor, Gran Legado represents a meaningful expression of what premium handmade cigars are all about.

Storage and Handling
Ideal Humidity Range
Store your cigars between 65% and 70% relative humidity for optimal flavor, burn consistency, and structure. This range prevents cracking, swelling, and uneven combustion.
Temperature Matters
Keep cigars between 65°F and 70°F (18°C–21°C). Excess heat can damage oils and increase the risk of tobacco beetles, while cold environments can affect burn performance.
Stability Over Perfection
Consistency is more important than hitting an exact number. Sudden humidity swings can damage wrappers and affect draw. A stable environment protects your investment.
Recommended: 2-Way Humidity Control
For effortless maintenance, we recommend Boveda 2-Way Humidity Packs (65% or 69%) to maintain consistent humidity with no refilling, no monitoring stress, and no over-humidifying.
