Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All Standard Shipping orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail only.

If your order is shipped using Standard Shipping, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days.

Need your order faster? We also offer:

  • UPS 2 Day Air (2 Business Days) – $17.50

  • UPS Next Day Air – $24.95

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Please note: UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air do not include weekends.

Backordered Items

If an item is backordered and ships at a later date, no additional shipping charges will be applied.

Address Requirements

  • First-time buyers must use the same Billing and Shipping address.

California Orders

For all orders shipped to California, an adult signature (21+) is required.
We will also contact you after 5:00 PM PT to confirm delivery prior to shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship tobacco products to:

  • Utah

  • South Dakota

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada. Canadian orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are subject to the Customs Disclaimer below, which you must accept in your cart before checking out.

Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days. Customs clearance can add further delay, and that delay is outside our control.

Canadian Orders – Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

By placing an order for delivery to Canada, I acknowledge and agree that I am purchasing and importing these products at my own risk.

I understand and agree that:

  • Mardo Cigars is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, seized, confiscated, refused, returned, destroyed, or otherwise held by Canadian Customs or any other Canadian governmental or regulatory authority.

  • I am solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and local import laws, regulations, duties, taxes, fees, and restrictions.

  • Once my order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, I assume the risks associated with international delivery and customs clearance.

  • Mardo Cigars will not issue refunds, credits, replacements, or reshipments for orders that are lost in transit or delayed, held, seized, confiscated, refused, destroyed, or otherwise affected by Canadian Customs or other governmental authorities.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, penalties, or other charges imposed on the shipment are solely my responsibility.

By checking the acceptance box and completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms.

Required acceptance at checkout: “I have read and agree to the Canadian Shipping & Customs Disclaimer and understand that I am ordering at my own risk and that no refund, credit, replacement, or reshipment will be provided for lost packages or packages affected by customs.”

Damaged or incorrect items: email info@mardocigars.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We review these cases individually. Canadian orders are otherwise final sale — see our Refund Policy.
