What is this product?
Casa Carrillo Battleborn Heroes 2026 is a limited-edition premium cigar created by master blender Ernesto Perez-Carrillo to honor America's military veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and first responders. This release features an entirely new blend from the original 2025 Battleborn Warriors, built around an African Cameroon wrapper, dual binders from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, and aged Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The cigar is rolled in the Dominican Republic at Casa Carrillo in a 6 x 52 Toro vitola.
Production is strictly limited to 2,000 individually numbered boxes worldwide, with each collectible box containing 21 cigars—symbolizing the traditional military 21-gun salute—and a commemorative Battleborn dog tag. The African Cameroon wrapper is known for its natural sweetness, aromatic spice, and distinctive character, bringing complexity and balance to this tribute blend.
Why this product?
Battleborn Heroes 2026 represents a meaningful intersection of craft and tribute. Ernesto Perez-Carrillo redesigned the blend from the ground up, centering it on African Cameroon leaf—a wrapper prized for its aromatic spice and layered sweetness. The dual-binder construction and aged Dominican-Nicaraguan filler core deliver the kind of nuanced, balanced smoking experience that reflects decades of blending expertise.
Beyond the tobacco, this is a cigar with purpose. The collectible packaging, numbered boxes, and commemorative dog tag make Battleborn Heroes 2026 a standout addition to any humidor, especially for those who appreciate limited releases that honor service and sacrifice. With only 42,000 cigars produced worldwide, this is a rare opportunity to experience a thoughtfully crafted blend with a story worth sharing.

Storage and Handling
Ideal Humidity Range
Store your cigars between 65% and 70% relative humidity for optimal flavor, burn consistency, and structure. This range prevents cracking, swelling, and uneven combustion.
Temperature Matters
Keep cigars between 65°F and 70°F (18°C–21°C). Excess heat can damage oils and increase the risk of tobacco beetles, while cold environments can affect burn performance.
Stability Over Perfection
Consistency is more important than hitting an exact number. Sudden humidity swings can damage wrappers and affect draw. A stable environment protects your investment.
Recommended: 2-Way Humidity Control
For effortless maintenance, we recommend Boveda 2-Way Humidity Packs (65% or 69%) to maintain consistent humidity with no refilling, no monitoring stress, and no over-humidifying.
