Cigar Guide – Best Cigars to Smoke in the Evening
Posted by Tyler Enos on 2nd Mar 2020
What's going on everybody. This is Gerard at mardocigars.com. This is part three of our Best Cigars to Smoke series video. But before we get going, I need you to click on that Subscribe button and click also on the bell to be notified every single week of Mondays at Mardos. Let's get right to it.
Jake Wyatt Herbert Spencer
Okay, so we're winding down to our last video for our Best Cigars to Smoke series. We had the morning smokes, we had the afternoon smokes, and now we're going to talk about the evening smokes. There's nothing better for me to relax with some friends, winding down my workday with a cigar in my hand after a very good meal. We're going to get right into cigar number one. As a matter of fact, I'm smoking one right now. I'm kind of cheating, but it is that Jake Wyatt Herbert Spencer. This is a 6x60. Now, there are different sizes. This comes in a 5x50, 6x50 five by 56x52 Belicoso and then also 5x54 Toro. This has the San Andres Maduro wrapper. It's all Dominican. Phenomenal cigar. I like it. It has a lot of chocolate hints; a very, very good draw and has a lot, a lot of great aftertastes. That is one you can go for. Go to mardocigars.com to get that one and then we get right into the next cigar.
Aladino Corojo Reserva
Okay, so the second cigar I'm going to talk about, excuse me, it is the Aladino Corojo Reserva. Out of JRE factory in Honduras. JRE is the former owner of Camacho Cigar that sold to Davidoff and had a five year non-compete contract. Well anyway, recently that was passed and five years has gone by. Aladino Corojo Reserva, look for it. This is a full strength cigar, by the way too, which I really like.
Dapper Cigar Co. Siempre
Okay, so the next cigar I want to talk about made by Dapper Cigars. This is the Siempre. My first introduction to Dapper Cigars was their Siempre brand and this cigar just has a bunch of flavors coming out of Nicaragua. Very good cigar. Again, Siempre means "always" and definitely look for it from Dapper. Very boutique company out of Fresno, California.
Sinistro Mr. Candela
Okay, next Sinistro Mr. Candela. This is actually a double-wrapped cigar made out of the Aurora Factory under the Sinistro brand. All Dominican. It's a San Andres Maduro, but it is wrapped on the outside with a Candela wrapper. Now, this is not a mild cigar. This is definitely a sweet cigar. Very, very good flavors. I'm very content with it and the only issue with these, only 200 boxes are made in two sizes. The Toro and the Robusto. Luckily, at mardocigars.com, we do have this in stock, so hopefully they're not sold out before you can get your hands on some of these. Definitely get some of those Sinistro Mr. Candela.
RoMa Craft Cromagnon Anthropology
Okay, last but not least to one of my favorite brands out there. Image-wise, everything I just love the way they do things, is RoMa Craft, and this is the Cromagnon. This is the Anthropology size. One of my favorite sizes of the whole entire lineup. Now, this is a Connecticut Broadleaf. As many, you've know, Cromagnon with the Connecticut Broadleaf was low on production for about nine months and recently, just now, finally we got the first shipment of Cromagnon, the Connecticut Broadleaf, gosh, in the last nine months.
Mardocigars.com, we do a lot of business with RoMa Craft. So therefore, we did get a pretty good allotment. Thank you. Generously taking care of us because we also take care of you as a manufacturer. Anyways, long story short, Cromagnon from RoMa Craft. This is the black band and it is a Connecticut Broadleaf. Look for it. It's a phenomenal cigar. The first cigar I've ever smoke from Cromagnon was Anthropology, and that's why I've love for it.
So anyways, that's the list. Hope you guys enjoyed that video. Let me know in the comments what you guys enjoy in the evening. If you have ever smoked these cigars, give me your input. Other than that, I want to see you guys next Monday on Mondays with Mardos. See you guys. Bye.
